How it works

A creator program, start to finish.

Three weeks of setup, then daily posting that gets sharper every week. Here's what happens, what's included, and what you own at the end.

The first month

Weeks 1–3 build the engine. Week 4 turns it on.

Week 1

Kickoff and strategy

We learn the product inside out: who it's for, what it replaces, and why people share it. Then we map the customer personas worth casting for and the angles worth testing first.

  • Kickoff call
  • Persona map
  • Angle frameworks
  • Brand voice notes
Weeks 1–2

Casting

We recruit and vet creators who look and talk like your customers, one persona at a time. You see the picks and we make the final selections together.

  • Recruiting
  • Vetting
  • Your approval
  • Onboarding
Weeks 2–3

Scripts, training and warm-up

Every script is written for the person saying it and engineered for retention. Creators are trained on your product and on what makes a video travel. New accounts warm up for three days before the first branded post.

  • Custom scripts
  • Hook frameworks
  • Creator training
  • Account warm-up
Week 4

Posts go live

Daily posting starts across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Every video is reviewed before it goes out, so nothing off-brand reaches the feed.

  • Daily posting
  • Every video reviewed
  • Three platforms
Every week after

Iterate

We read what's working across creators, angles and formats, then rewrite the plan. The formats and the team get stronger every week, and the hits come more often.

  • Weekly review
  • New angles
  • Creator coaching
  • Roster changes
What's included

One monthly fee. Everything below.

Creator pay is inside the fee. You carry a single predictable line item and none of the admin that comes with running a roster.

Strategy

Positioning, audience segmentation, and format and angle frameworks built from scratch for your program.

Creator program design

Roster composition, recruiting, vetting, onboarding and ongoing coaching.

Creative direction

Custom scripts, hook architecture, and angle iteration driven by what performs.

Operations

Briefing, review of every video, posting cadence, and delivery across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.

Performance tracking

Program-level analytics with weekly iteration on what works and what doesn't.

Usage rights

Organic and paid rights on every video, so your team can run winners anywhere.

Scale

Sized to your brand.

Programs start at 600 unique videos a month and run to 1,200 or more, every one cross-posted to TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. The model works on volume, and we'll tell you if a smaller program isn't worth your time or ours.

Two months to start, then month-to-month. You can keep us running the engine, or take it in-house once it's proven. Three brands have.

Questions

Everything people ask before they apply

Yes. One monthly program fee covers the creators, our team, strategy, casting, scripts, training, review and management. One line item, no admin.

Yes. Organic and paid usage rights are included with every video. Several brands have run our videos as profitable Meta ads. We provide the creative; what your team does with it is up to you.

TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Every unique video is cross-posted across the three.

Three weeks of setup: kickoff, casting, scripting, training and account warm-up. Posts start going out in week 4.

Of course. We'll work together to make the selections.

It's sized to your brand. Our smallest program starts at 600 unique videos a month, and full programs run 1,200 or more. The model works on volume, so we'll tell you if a smaller program isn't worth your time or ours.

As much or as little as you like. Most brands join a short weekly call and send us product updates. We handle the creators, the scripts, the review and the posting. We over-communicate on purpose, so you'll never wonder what's happening.

Creators are trained on your product and your voice before they post, and every video is reviewed before it goes live.

No one can honestly guarantee organic reach, and we won't. What we can show is the pattern across our programs: breakout videos on every team, and the same scripts hitting for different creators. If something isn't working, we'd rather tell you and fix it than keep billing.

A two-month minimum to start, billed monthly, then month-to-month. Weeks 1–3 are setup and posts only start going out in week 4, so one month can't show you what the program does. After the first two months we earn it every month.

Yes. Three brands have taken their programs in-house after we built and proved them, and we help with the transition. We count that as a win.

Best for SaaS and consumer apps past product-market fit, at $300k+ MRR. Not for physical products like apparel or hardware. If we don't think it's a fit, we'll tell you on the first call instead of taking the sale.

Los Angeles. Our creators are wherever your customers are.
